Ocean Front Property. Surprisingly, there are only 39 single family dwellings actually on the ocean in all of Broward County.
Prices range from $2.25 million to $22.995 million. *

Directly on the Intracoastal Waterway. These properties have great wide water views but can present challenges when docking boats at home.
Prices range from $795,000 to $28.5 million. *

Intracoastal Point Lots. These are the gold standard that all other waterfront properties are measured by. They offer direct frontage along the Intracoastal as well as deepwater dockage along an access canal. When you won't settle for anything but the best of the best waterfront property, this it.
Homes on Point Lots start at $1,500,000 and go to $28.5 million. *
