Andy's Privacy Policy,

What happens to the information you provide:

(Updated 03/2/09)

Andy takes your electronic privacy seriously.  You don't need to worry about the information you provide here being misused in any way.

If you have any questions regarding this statement, or our practices, please direct them to Andy by clicking here
We reserve the right to change our policy from time to time as we deem appropriate at our sole discretion.

There are two kinds of information THAT web sites can obtain about you:

Aggregate Information : Aggregate Information is totally anonymous data that web sites use to diagnose problems on the sites’ servers, administer the sites, and to help improve the quality of the Web pages. It may be your domain name (i.e. "XYZ.com") or your IP address.  The only thing it tells us is what Internet Service Provider people who view our website are using (i.e. AOL, MSN.COM, etc). We are not able to figure out who you are using this info even if we wanted to.

Personally Identifiable Information : Personally Identifiable Information is any information that personally identifies you. It can be your first and last name, your email address, your home address, or your telephone number and other information you provide on our forms (http://andyweiser.com/houseform.htm or http://andyweiser.com/condoform.htm, or when you send an email from a link on the site)

This personal information is kept in strict confidence and used only by Andy or another Real Estate Professional he supervises.  We use it to assist you, and you alone, when you request information on one of our products. We value your privacy! Your contact information will not be sold or given to anyone outside Coldwell Banker unless required to do so by law.

We collect Aggregate Information – such as your IP address (a number that’s automatically assigned to your computer whenever you’re surfing the Internet), browser type (e.g., Netscape or Internet Explorer), and domain (e.g., "XYZ.com"). We do this in the background so it does not interrupt your surfing speed. We use this information to help diagnose problems with our servers, to administer our site, and to gather broad demographic information. None of this information is connected with Personally Identifiable Information. So, when you enter our site, you are anonymous and will remain that way unless you choose otherwise. We do not share Aggregate Information with third parties.
