Wow! I think these are some of the most spectacular new townhomes I have seen in Fort Lauderdale.
They are spacious three story residences with features, fixtures and finishes that exceed my expectations. They offer enormous living areas, from 4561 to 5159 square feet, with 700 square foot master suites, the size of some new one bedroom condos.
There are only 11 of these Key West style residences, along North East 15th Avenue in old Victoria Park, a pedestrian friendly old-Florida neighborhood with large shade trees and neighbors walking their dogs and saying hello.
Living rooms are dramatic with 20 or 30 foot ceilings and dramatic open stairways. Two units have 30 foot walls of glass, all hurricane resistant.
Expect spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, arched entryways, columns, eight foot high raised panel solid core French doors with brushed nickel hardware, marble floors in public areas, tray ceilings, lots of luxury features.
Kitchens are really professional grade and loaded with everything you would ever ask.
Start with 36 linear feet of granite countertops and tumbled marble backsplashes. These are featured on raised panel, glazed maple cabinets with solid wood boxes. Cabinets are outfitted with double drawer pots and pans storage, a full height and depth storage pantry, crown moldings, continuous under cabinet lighting behind a valance, and a sliding rack for fine crystal. Naturally there is a wine cooler and a wine rack too. This is far above and beyond what is ordinarily offered in luxury new construction.
You will cook on a Thermador® Professional Series six burner cooktop with natural gas (a rare feature in South Florida). The Thermador® Professional
Series self cleaning double oven is built into a corner cabinet. Even the halogen lighted hood is Thermador®, silently moving 770 square feet per minute outdoors through ducts.
The nearly silent Bosch® dishwasher has a stainless steel interior. The Kitchenaid® side by side refrigerator has ice and water through the door and 24.5 square feet for you. Even the equipment in the separate Laundry Room is top of the line Bosch Nexxt® high capacity washer and dryer.
Alongside the kitchen is a 14 foot breakfast area and French doors to a lanai and pool in nearly all units. (Units 1, 2 and 3 do not have pools.)
Master Suites are 700 square feet and behind double solid core doors. They provide a huge sitting area near French doors and walk-in closets that range from 84 to over 100 square feet!
Master Baths provide Whirlpool® spas, separate corner showers with frameless enclosures, private toilet room with Kohler® top of the line commode.
Two huge marble vanities with storage are at an adult 36 inch height with Kohler® undermount sinks and satin nickel plumbing fixtures, marble floors, and generous linen closet. Whew, what more could you ask?
Guest bedrooms vary in size depending on the unit but they all have have entry off of the dramatic overlook to floors below and entry through solid core doors. Many have walk in closets and private balconies, depending on which unit you choose.
