This 25 story contemporary glass tower has already become a landmark on the beach in Lauderdale By the Sea, just north of glittering Galt Ocean Mile. 

It is now a luxurious home to just 80 condominium owners, four per floor, all served by private elevators.  

Aquazul distinguishes itself with a contemporary, European-inspired theme and feature floor plans that range from 2,572 to 3,029 square feet, plus a generous 400 square feet (or more) of terrace. Penthouses offer 5,400 square feet of air conditioned living space plus nearly 1,000 square feet of terrace.

Standard features in all AquaAzul residences include controlled elevator access, twin master baths, gourmet European kitchens with imported cabinets, Miele appliances and marble and granite appointments.  State-of-the-art wiring for Internet and entertainment services.

Aquazul was planned as a "smart building", including features like a plasma screen in the kitchen that allows residents to touch a picture of their car in order to have the valet bring it to the entrance for them.  

The building welcomes residents and guests into a porte-cochere entry leading to a grand two story lobby, a seaside pool and spa pavilion and cabanas, fitness center, and clubroom as well as 24-hour security and concierge/valet services and more.  

Each unit comes with one covered parking spaces.  Additional spaces are available.  Guests will be provided with valet parking.  Poolside and Beach Cabanas can be purchased by owners as available. 

The developer, Related Group, has also purchased the plot across the street from Aquazul, which belongs to the condo and serves as a Botanical Garden with a lighted tennis court.  This will assure owners that their sunset views toward the Intracoastal Waterway from AquaAzul will never be replaced by the view of another hi-rise on that plot.  

After this project was well underway, the town of Lauderdale By The Sea has enacted severe height restrictions on new construction.  To the locals this means preserving the low-rise, old beach character of the community.  It also means Aquazul will be the last high-rise on this part of the beach for a very long time.  (At 15 stories, nearby Europa By The Sea will be the last mid-rise)  

Subleases, minimum duration six months, will be permitted only once per year per unit.

Pet Owners: Dogs are allowed.  

Groundbreaking occurred in April 2003 and the building was occupied in late 2005.
