Villas of Coral Heights is a Luxury Townhome community of only 68 units on four and a half acres, located just west of Federal Highway between Commercial and Oakland Park Boulevards.

Interiors are beautifully finished spaces with eight and nine foot ceilings and tray ceilings in some rooms.  Interior doors are all eight feet tall and mouldings and baseboard are large and attractive, the sort of detail that is an upgrade in some homes.  Marble floors are in foyers and main floor baths.  Kitchen and Laundry floors are ceramic tile.  Other floors are hardwood, with carpet in the bedrooms for quiet and easy maintenance.  

Plumbing fixtures are all Kohler®.  Kitchen fixtures are stainless steel.  Granite countertops and backsplashes are included and upgrades being offered are unique and very well chosen.

Five basic Villas of Coral Heights floor plans will suite a variety of tastes.  Some offer formal dining rooms, others  offer double height foyers, open-plan main floors, French balconies and/or lavish master suites.  These are mostly available with modifications to end units that include windows on two sides of the residence and terraces open on two sides as well.  Sizes range from 1,644 to 2,120 square feet.  Most include two-car garages.  

This is a good value at a great East-Side location, minutes from the beach, convenient to shopping and great restaurants and an easy commute to downtown.  A public golf course is right across Federal Highway and a new LA Fitness is on adjacent property.  Who could ask for more?
