Sian is another project of MCZ/Centrum Developers, which successfully converted both The Tides and The Wave, nearby on on Hollywood Beach, to condominium ownership.

When the project is completed, it will include the Sian Ocean Residences, (formerly the Oceancrest) as an oceanfront condominium, and Sian Resort Residences, a resort condominium hotel on the former site of the Ambassador Hotel along the Intracoastal on Hollywood Beach. Click here for siteplan.

Sian Ocean Residences offers 221 one and two bedroom units from 812 to 1355 square feet.  

This building is directly on the ocean as seen in the image to the left, in an area where a huge beach renourishment project is underway.  These are very modest prices for an oceanfront building anywhere in South Florida and the project is now 80% sold out.

Sian Resort Residences

Across the street, the developer is building Sian Resort Residences, a 309 room, 10 story resort condo hotel. 

Sian Resort Residences  hotel condominium features 35 "Junior Suites" per typical floor, all providing terraces and 452 square feet of living space.  Click here for typical floorplan.

This will be operated as a full service hotel complete with a resort-style pool, lush landscaping, meeting spaces, an attended front desk and concierge and fitness center.  There will be a full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining and room service. 

Hotel condo units will be fully furnished and offer porcelain tile in foyers and baths, tumbled stone in showers, wet bars, microwaves, plush carpet, wood cabinets and granite countertops.  All will feature flat screen TVs, pillow top mattresses and high speed internet access.
